WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sold items or gift cards. Once they are purchased CANNOT be returned  or exchanged unless the mistake was done on our end Only if we sent the wrong product, size, color or incorrect item we will allow an exchange for the same item as is in the order.  We will request the item or items back or that you provide photographic proof before we process the exchange.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item you have.

To start a exchange:

1. You can contact us at kuwaitidinarr@gmail.com.

2. Wait on reply back for your exchange to be approved. If your exchange is approved;

3. We’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the mistake was done on our end your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. NO REFUNDS on damaged items upon arrival on our end only exchanges for the same product and size you had ordered.

Once the ordered is delivered till the next day is given to reach out to us on any damages or issues that happened on OUR END anytime after the day of delivery we won't make any exchanges.
